The 30 minute 'micro-lessons' begin with the instructor assessing your ability to communicate in basic Spanish. The On-Site English as a Second Language (ESL) course is designed specifically for Spanish speaking employees to learn functional English that can be used immediately in your workplace. This is not a 'canned' course. Each session is developed for each industry making sure students are learning the words and phrases commonly used in your business.

The course consists of eight 3-hour classes--once a week for 8 weeks. Our seminars are taught by certified ESL instructors who will design the curriculum around specific industries empowering students to communicate effectively in the workplace. The 8 week course is perfect for hourly, 'back of the house' or frontline customer service employees who have limited English proficiency.
