Leena Soussi

Leena is a native of New England with years of experience working with language learners of all ages and backgrounds. “My passion for teaching and studying languages stems from my upbringing in a multi-lingual household that valued the importance of connecting with members of various communities.”

Leena has a Master of Arts degree in Applied Linguistics with a focus in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from Central Connecticut State University in New Britain, CT. Her approach to teaching emphasizes positive reinforcement by creating an inclusive classroom environment where students’ native languages, cultures, and identities are preserved and valued as they improve their communicative English skills. “Workplace Languages’ philosophy aligns well with my own approaches to teaching, and I look forward to helping employees thrive in their work environments through the implementation of an effective and engaging curriculum.”
