Lucie Desjardins

French Language Instructor

Lucie Desjardins is a French teacher and native speaker from New-Brunswick, Canada. She studied French literature, linguistics and journalism at Université de Moncton. She also holds degrees in professional writing and teaching French as a second language from Université Laval, in Québec City. She has worked with learners of all ages and backgrounds, including refugee children in Canada, teenagers in a summer camp in the Swiss Alps, and professionals and business executives from all across Europe and North America in online classes. It is very important for Lucie to make sure that her students feel comfortable during their classes with her. She believes that the best way to learn a language is to have fun while doing it, so she always does her best to make her lessons as interactive as possible. She also loves adapting her teaching to the needs and interests of every student.
