Helen Davis

English (ESL) Instructor

Helen Davis is an ESL Teacher from Boston, Massachusetts but is originally from Odesa, Ukraine. She studied English linguistics at Odesa National University and acquired a Master’s Degree in English philology and Foreign Literature. Her native languages are Ukrainian and Russian and her second foreign language is French. ​ Helen is known as “the Animated Teacher” because she is always on the move with her high energy and entertaining approach to English instruction. She creates a classroom environment which both engages and relaxes students inspiring them to participate fully and learn more easily. ​ With over 20 years of English teaching experience, Helen has worked with learners of all ages, skill levels, and backgrounds. For the last two years she has taught in Boston as an in-person ESL Teacher.
