Executives rarely need a general course on a general timeline.
They may be preparing for a negotiation, leading a team in another country, presenting to a board, relocating, or taking on a role where business English is essential. The content, schedule, and deadline are specific.
What one-on-one coaching changes
The entire program is built around one learner. Sessions can use the executive's real presentation, meeting agenda, industry terminology, or upcoming conversation. Time is not spent waiting for a group or reviewing material the learner already knows.
The instructor can focus on pronunciation, listening, writing, presentation skills, cultural expectations, or any combination required by the role.
Flexibility and privacy
Executive calendars change. Live online coaching can move with that schedule and avoids travel. It also gives the learner a private setting to practice sensitive business material or make mistakes without an audience of coworkers.
Set a realistic objective
"Become fluent" is too broad to guide a short business program. A stronger objective might be leading a specific meeting, improving written communication with a global team, or building confidence for a market visit.
Progress can be measured through proficiency testing and through the work task itself.
Workplace Languages offers private coaching in business English and other languages. We are happy to match the instructor and program to the leader's actual responsibility.
