Ed made the learning fun, applicable, and very straight-forward to a group who had very limited, if any, exposure to the language. The services we received were also provided at a fantastic value. The concentration on conversational Spanish enabled students to start using key phrases immediately.

The ROI is measurable since the key team members that have taken the ESL courses and then subsequently been promoted are all management team members that would be empty positions today or filled by much more expensive external hires. We also have offered an advanced ESL class for some of our Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers. Ed listened to our needs and tailored the course specifically to increase the effectiveness of this group within their job responsibilities. The class covered things like doing appraisals and reviews, e-mail etiquette when replying to customer concerns and other basic but essential every day restaurant responsibilities.
