Ed Rosheim is the President of Workplace Languages, LLC which provides onsite and online workplace ESL & Spanish (and other languages) training to Fortune 500 companies and organizations across the country. Ed has developed a line of bilingual training products and online language learning curriculum utilized by some of the world's most well known companies. He also assembled a network of over 250 internationally-based translators who cover over 100 languages. Ed has 22 trainers who teach industry-specific language classes onsite at companies in various states. He has also gathered native Spanish speakers in Latin America who teach the online classes live using Skype technology. These classes have been extremely popular as students are able to interact with a teacher and get immediate feedback.

A native of Iowa and graduate of the University of Northern Iowa with an MA in Spanish, Ed has spent countless classroom hours teaching ESL and is now using his years of experience by helping companies and organizations close the communication gap. He understands that companies want industry & company-specific phrases - enough to get them 'up & speaking' without bogging them down with grammar. Ed knows that the individuals taking classes through Workplace Languages, LLC - be it Survival Spanish, Chinese, French, or English as a Second Language - don't want to become language majors but rather learn enough to: Improve their company's retention rate, increase productivity & cost-effectiveness and also build better rapport by being able to effectively communicate.

Some of Ed's / Workplace Languages' clients include: Marriott, Papa John's International, Outback Steakhouse, Sodexo and Church's Chicken.

She is a professional actor and singer, and has worked in the Twin Cities, New York, Vermont and Washington State.

Whether you are a native English speaker, or if English is not your first language, your voice is the pathway to clear expression of your thoughts, feelings and ideas. Your voice has the power to affect those around you not just with the words you choose, but with the way in which you say them. My goal is to work with speakers of other languages to broaden the possibility of sound and clarity when speaking English, and to help them overcome the barriers to understanding between them and their listeners. I help students of any language let go of vocal habits that no longer serve them when trying to be clear, effective speakers.
